Service and Repair

We provide clean and bake service epoxy varnish service, rewind, balance, test.

​

To request a Repair Service:

​

1. Call us and we will complete a work order and assign a tag number.

2. Shipped equipment prepaid, reference your tag number on the BOL.

3. Upon Arrival your pump is inspected and an estimate is present for approval. If repair is not approved: the fee is $50.00 plus return freight.

4. During the repair sometimes we come across unexpected problems that could not be caught at initial inspections and will advise of any additional costs as they arise

5. After repair is complete and signed off on, a sales order is created for the final cost for your review and final approval and or PO if needed. Pump is shipped back freight is prepaid
